Sami Labs sketches investments plan

Bangalore-based transnational health science company Sami Labs Ltd would invest Rs 50-60 crore in the current financial year for cultivation of herbal plants, primarily coleus Forskohlii, a wild plant with medicinal qualities. Sami Labs would expand the cultivation to 30,000 acres land in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh, Chairman and Managing Director Dr Muhammed Majeed said.
